Sheep

Sheep
In a trailer
On a hill
On a whim
Standing still
Moving quickly
Through grassy
Pastures
Faster
Faster
Faster
Faster
Sheep

What's immediately obvious about this verse is the rhyming structure, the predictable nature of the rhyming scheme lends itself to the monotonous nature of the life of a sheep. The repetition of the word 'faster' can clearly reflect the ever accelerating nature of the modern life style - and how it consumes the modern life - in much the same way the word 'faster' constitutes a large majority of the lines in this verse. Then again, it would be very easy to write such a verse purely on the principle that it fucking rhymes.
