The concept behind this verse is clear: man has a dangerous relationship with intoxicants - one that presents itself at intervals few and (relatively) far between, but nevertheless is capable of devouring all life and actions from the individual for a short period of time. Puke.

It's out of control
Halo with Jlo
In a league of its own
Halo with Jlo
The anger is rising
Halo with Jlo
The results are surprising
And when Jlo wins
All joy will break out
But be warned if if he's beaten
You risk being eaten.
This highlights the dangers of defeating your enemies; whilst you may feel a sense of security in your victory, your downfall is always just around the corner.
