Two pound lemonade
Is this price real?
Or just a charade?
And all that he wanted
Was a drink in the shade.
But no use drinking here
Where drink comes at a price
Too high for a beverage that isn't beer
Or doesn't come with ice.
The author of this verse is clearly outraged by the cost of drinks in today's consumerist and capitalist conundrum that is Cameron's Britain.
